Wilman & Wilman offer two levels of service to our clients – either fully managed or non-managed.

Should you choose our NON-MANAGED service, Wilman & Wilman will find a suitable tenant on your behalf and then hand over the management of the tenancy to you. We offer the following as part of this service:

  • Viewings 7 days a week (outside office hours if necessary).
  • We offer advice and support to help you achieve the maximum rental income.
  • Professional referencing and credit checks using Homelet applications.
  • Advice on current legislation and your legal obligations.
  • RICS approved Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
  • Detailed inventories at no additional cost.
  • Professional, friendly and approachable staff.

Many of our established landlords develop a good working relationship with their tenants but if you don’t have the availability or live locally to your property you might want to consider our  FULL MANAGEMENT service.

Wilman & Wilman have an established association with Pure Lettings in Keighley and should you choose to have your house fully managed, Lee Bilbrough at Pure Lettings has over 15 years experience in the industry and our firms will work together to find you a suitable tenant before instructing Pure Lettings to manage it thereafter.

We feel it is imperative for you to have a firm understanding of the letting industry and our association with Pure Lettings offers a unique and specialist service whereby you will effectively have two agents promoting and managing your home at no additional cost. In consequence, we provide wider coverage and more importantly a very high level of professionalism and experience. Your property will also be listed on both firm’s independent websites as well as the well-publicised site of Rightmove.

Together with the services aforementioned for a non-managed let, Pure Lettings also offers very competitive rates of management.

Fee Structure

Non-managed - £400 (plus VAT)

Managed - £200 (plus VAT) plus 9% (plus VAT) of rental income each month payable to Pure Lettings).

Prospective tenants will not be charged to complete a Homelet application form or to sign a tenancy agreement.

Wilman & Wilman offer a firm commitment to our landlords and tenants with a refreshingly honest approach and the repeat business from existing clients is very much appreciated and is never taken for granted.
