We offer advice & support to help you achieve maximum rental income

We offer current legislation & legal advice

Should we be favoured with your instruction –

We produce detailed & accurate particulars including high quality photography

Listing your property For Rent – office & window display / Wilman & Wilman website / Rightmove / To Let board / contacting database of current prospective tenants

Accompanied viewings

Prospective tenants application received – Homelet Optimum referencing & credit checks (provides 12 months eviction cover)

Upon a successful application – moving in date set / detailed inventory / tenancy signing & tenant payments taken

 

Tenants:

Accompanied property viewings

Current rental advice offered

Application submitted – processed through Homelet (£40 application fee payable)

Upon your successful application – set a moving in date

Moving day – Assured Shorthold Tenancy Signing / copy of detailed inventory / key hand over

Standard fees on the day of signing:

1st month’s rent payable

Deposit payment (equivalent to 1st month’s rent) – to be held in a government backed deposit scheme

£120 for Assured Shorthold Tenancy document
