Tim Wilman comes from a well known local farming family and on leaving Giggleswick School in 1970 he trained in Skipton with Hepper & Sons, a long established Leeds based firm of Surveyors, Auctioneers and Valuers. A founder of Wilman & Lodge in 1977 he is now regarded as the elder statesmen of the property business and has over 40 years experience in the area, being based in Cross Hills since 1997.
Tom Wilman attended Ermysted's Grammar School in Skipton before working at The Skipton Building Society where he gained valuable experience in the mortgage industry and housing market. Tom is responsible for valuations, viewings and the website and he brings enthusiasm and commitment to the family business. Tom is a keen golfer and enjoys a friendly rivalry with Tim at Skipton Golf Club.
Helen Holland MNAEA has been involved in the property industry for a number of years having started her career with Dacre, Son & Hartley in Skipton. She is responsible for lettings, viewings, negotiations and assisting Tim and Tom with valuations. Out of work hours Helen enjoys swimming, dog walking and spending time with her friends and family.
Jane Wilman enjoys a part time role within the firm, being responsible for the book keeping and general administration within the office. Out of the office Jane has looked after her family farm for many years and has recently retired from her duties at Skipton Rugby Club where her late husband was the former President.
Mandy Whitehead started her career in Estate Agency with Dacre, Son & Hartley and has worked more recently for Westlake & Co in Gargrave. Now fulfilling a part time role with Wilman & Wilman, Mandy is responsible for the reception and general administration in the office. In her spare time she enjoys dining out and spending time with her grandaughter and the rest of her family.
