Wilman a product of Giggleswick School comes from a well known
local farming family and has 40 years experience in the residential
property market. A founder of Wilman and Lodge in 1977, he is well
versed in all matters residential, commercial and industrial.
Helen
Holland. Senior
Sales Negotiator, has been
involved in the property industry for many years starting her career
with Dacre, Son and Hartley in Skipton. During her time with
Wilman and Wilman, Helen has attained membershiip of the National
Association of Estate Agents, having taken the relevant
examinations. Helen is responsible for viewings, follow up calls
and negotiations from offer to sale and assists Tim on valuations and
taking photographs of properties for the sales particulars.
Being a local girl gives Helen an excellent insight into the needs of
clients in the Aire Valley.
